Alternate SMTP Outgoing Port

Alternate Port Number is 587

In Outlook

Go to Email Accounts --> More Settings--> Advanced--> SMTP 587

The need to change alternate port numbers would be a result of your ISP (internet service provider) blocking port 25 for sending mails.
