First you must have an Exchange Account and Blackberry Account Setup with us. If you have not done this yet then you will need to do so in order to proceed.

From your Blackberry Device

1. Go to Options

2. Choose Advanced Options

3. Choose Enterprise Activation

4. Under Email: put your email address that we are hosting for you on exchange.

5. Under Activation Password - Use the password emailed to you. This password is valid for 48 hrs.

6. Click the Blackberry button to show a menu and select Activate. 

7. Shortly after it will start downloading information right on your screen. When it is 100% complete it will say complete.

8. Click ok to finish.

You are now syncing with outlook and your blackberry.
