Close Outlook 2010 if it's open. Double-click the Mail icon in the Control Panel to open the Mail Setup window. Click 'E-mail Accounts'.
Click on 'New' to continue
Select 'Email Account' then hit 'Next' to proceed
Select 'Email Account' and enter all required information and hit 'Next'
Your Name: Enter your name
Email Address: Your email address you want to set up
Password: Enter your password associated to the email address you are setting up.
Retype password : reenter your password
You will see this screen and just click 'Allow' to continue.
