You may experience an Error Message 503 This Server Requires SMTP Authentication Error:
What you need to do to resolve this issue is go into your Mobile Device Email Settings
If you dont know how to get into your email settings please contact your mobile carrier.
Once inside the Email Settings check the following:
incoming and outgoing mail server
mail.yourdomain.com or mail.prestigetechnologies.com
Login name: youremail@address.com (ex:john@domain.com)
pass: this is the same password you use for outlook or webmail
*Look for a box that says "Server Requires Authentication" and check this box.
Save your settings and try to send again.
