You must login to your Control Panel Login , Enter you username and password and hit 'sign in' to continue.
Once you are log-in click 'Hosting Services' on the left side and select 'Manage Websites' underneath it.
You may go ahead and click on 'Add FTP User' and below you need to fill out the information needed.
Login Name: create a unique username.
Login Password: create a password you can always remember.
Confirm Password: retype your password.
Description: You can put your complete name.
FTP Root : Select the folder you want to choose by double clicking on it . All applications installed are placed inside the special folder.
After clicking 'Add User' you will see Success : User created successfully.
